NAIROBI, Kenya – September 11, 2026 – Millicent Okumu, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agriflex Ltd, is set to showcase the company’s innovative approach to transforming Africa’s agricultural value chains at the 3rd Edition of Dairytech Africa, Foodtec Africa Expo and the National Agribusiness Summit, being held from September 9–11, 2026, at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi.
The three co-located events bring together key players across the dairy, food processing, manufacturing, packaging and agribusiness sectors, creating a platform for industry leaders, investors, policymakers, farmers and technology providers to explore solutions capable of strengthening Africa’s food systems.
Under Ms. Okumu’s leadership, Agriflex Ltd is positioning technology, flexible financing and farmer-focused solutions as key drivers of agricultural transformation. The company is working across the value chain to help smallholder farmers overcome barriers to finance, market access, processing and post-harvest management.

Speaking at the exhibition, Ms. Okumu emphasized the need to move beyond increasing agricultural production and focus on ensuring farmers capture greater value from what they produce.
“The future of dairy and food processing in Africa is about value addition at the source,” said Millicent Okumu, Co-Founder and CEO of Agriflex Ltd. “At Agriflex, we are building solutions that empower farmers to not just produce more, but to process, preserve and profit more. This summit is a critical platform to connect innovation with investment.”
The CEO noted that reducing post-harvest losses and expanding access to processing and markets will be critical to improving farmer incomes while building more resilient agricultural value chains across the continent.

Through its technology-driven model, Agriflex seeks to connect farmers with solutions spanning farm inputs, agricultural extension, aggregation, processing and market access, helping bridge gaps that often prevent smallholder producers from fully benefiting from their output.
The company is using its participation at the three-day exhibition to engage potential partners, farmers, processors, investors and other stakeholders interested in accelerating innovation and value addition within Africa’s agricultural sector.
Agriflex Ltd invites stakeholders visiting KICC during the exhibition to connect with its team, explore its solutions and discuss opportunities for collaboration and investment.
