Woodley Ward MCA Davidson DNG Ngibuini Named Most Performing MCA in Nairobi at 2026 BOBEA Leadership Awards*

*NAIROBI* – Woodley Ward MCA, *Hon. Davidson DNG Ngibuini*, has been crowned the *Most Performing MCA in Nairobi County* at the prestigious *BOBEA Leadership Awards 2026*.

The awards gala was held on *4th July, 2026* at the *Catholic University of Eastern Africa Auditorium, Karen*, bringing together dignitaries, senior government officials, and grassroots leaders under the theme _“The Power of Leadership, The Strength of Governance.”_
Speaking after receiving the award, Hon. Ngibuini dedicated the honor to the people of Woodley Ward.

> _“This recognition is not about me. It is about the residents of Woodley who believed in servant leadership. We have worked to deliver bursaries, improve drainage, support youth and women groups, and ensure every voice at the ward level is heard. I promise to do even more,”_ he said.

The BOBEA Leadership Awards recognize outstanding public servants across Kenya who demonstrate integrity, innovation, and impact in service delivery. Hon. Ngibuini was feted for his consistent legislative work, oversight role at the Nairobi County Assembly, and development projects that have directly improved livelihoods in Woodley.

Event organizers noted that this year’s awards focused on leaders who are closing the gap between policy and people. 
The win places Hon. DNG Ngibuini among Nairobi’s most visible and results-driven MCAs heading into the next phase of devolution.
